Dark blue. I'll try to get a better picture in a bit. And as for the hair, just snow=white so perhaps that is why many are inclined to choose it?

Ok, I've been debating for some time whether or not to post her, but she is my most story based toon I have created so far.

Meet Chillena, an Ice/Ice Corruptor.

(I've noticed the pigment of her skin is off in the last costume, I'll be fixing that.)

Her story is just a little far-fetched imho, but this is a world where people get powers from deadly toxic waste

Chillena was born a mutant. But nobody ever knew it. It wasn't some amazing power that she could use for the greater good. However, it did save her life.
Chillena's true name is Erin. Now, Erin doesn't like to remember her parents. They died of a drug overdose when she was about 13 or so. This left Erin and her twin brother to fend for themselves. Scared to alert the authorities and ashamed of their parents actions, they became street urchins. Stealing, hiding and trickery became part of their everyday lives.
One cold, winter day she and her brother were sitting out in the chilly weather by a lake in the local park. She watched as the snow fell onto the frozen lake in front of her. The ice looked awfully thick, she thought, and so Erin steadily made her way across its slick surface. Suddenly a wretched cracking noise ringed through the air. Without warning, Erin fell through the ice like a heavy stone. She scrambled for the surface, and her brother desperately pulled her out. The cold quickly subdued her, and she was at the mercy of nature.
But then the most remarkable thing happened. As she was dying, her chilled body began to violently react. It would appear that the cells in her body had a mutant gene of sorts that caused them to react to the cold differently. When Erin awoke, she had the ability to turn the moisture in the air and in her body into ice.
Erin, now Chillena used her newfound power to continue doing all that she knew.

I mean, common cannon for mutants is their mutation manifests in their teens. But if Frostie was 17 back in '79, he would be in his 40's today. Maybe they should retcon it to '89 or the mid 90's...

Think Magneto. I am by no means an X-men philospher, but I do know that he was old enough to survive the Holocaust but he ran a band of mutants, including the Brotherhood of Mutants and Acolytes.
