I have search for an hour and I tried to make the bind myself but no luck he just says what I told him to say and stand there.

I want him to say a phrase then do his power ending in costume change and maybe a pose. How do I do this?

No, it's not that they couldn't do it differently. They just didn't do it differently. They chose to develop villain APPs in a manner that required a burned-bridge implementation. They were so convinced that everyone would love the Patron Powers so much that we wouldn't mind that you can't change factions or that you have to kneel to Arachnos in the first place to have APPs or that the powers themselves are lacklustre and have little to no synergies with existing villain sets. I'll bet it didn't even occur to them that anyone might have an objection.

Yes I would love to have seen the meeting where they thought we would love "Chum Spray".

Guys I got a great idea for one of Mako's Powers! Ok wait for it you will love this. CHUM SPRAY! That's right oh they will love it, it just just fits with Mako and everyone will think its the best dang power out there. It will be right up there with freaking laser on sharks heads!

Really Mako is a joke anyway with his power sets, I can see Pirates and maybe the Penguin Army on Virtue taking his set. Why have a water based PPP when we have no water based ATs.

I have one toon that taking a patron power won't affect my concept all that much. That is one where the set will fit in with a little crafty wrangling of my mind. That would be the Mu set on my MM. bot/bubbles. So that is one.

But I can't see my NB/Nin Stalker taking any of them due to story or my brute for that matter. I mean a Soveit created Ninja via a little radiation exposer firing Chum Spray and Sharks from his finger tips just does not mesh. Neither does calling the dead souls of fallen defeated and so on and so fourth.

Its kind of like other games, Where you go out for the best weapon all happy when you pulled it off. Walk into town ready to show it off and what do you see? Everyone has the nice shiny club you got that does the same damn thing.

Well maybe after I7 they can start working on being able to make the powers custom. Like being able to choice what color lighting you fire or what not. That is what I hope at least of course as you know this has been said to be working on and back burned several times.
