@Jack. I am /Ice and was planning on doing 1acc, 3dmg, 1rech, 1end on most of my attacks, so I figured I could safely skip Hasten. Typically every time I respec and grab it on my nrg/nrg blaster I just forget to use it as often as I could and it ends up seeming like a waste.

Thoughts on Hasten? My build is almost identical to the Papa's but I'm struggling to fit Haste in. Personally I've never been a big fan though, so by all means, please tell me I can safely skip it.
