So, I'm back after about 1.5-2 years away. Many of the same issues seem to persist but that's not why I'm here today.

I bought the Mutant booster pack and tried out the new costumes. My issue is that the only thing I can select to "glow" is the head on bioluminescence. Everything thin else is grayed out and locked as not available for that costume piece.

Not sure what gives and I can't really attest to the head actually glowing. Not what i was expecting at all...but anyway.

Any direction here would be appreciated.

I am considering opening an additional account so my son can play CoH/CoV as well. Currently he has a single character on my account on the Champion server. My question is, can his character be transferred from my account to a new account? Most of my characters are on Pinnacle but it would be nice to be able to play at the same time or even play together if we create characters on the same servers.
