Hey sup everyone, i will start off by saying i just returned to this game about a week ago "according to my characters i was gone for 1567Days". Back when i played i mainly played Hero side my highest lv villian is a lv36 Thugs/Dark MM. Only villians i got into were MM Brutes and Stalkers.

I'm trying out my first Dom and trying out the new powerset Elec Control and i paired it with Elec Assault. I got him to lv15 and so far i like it and I'm familiar with control powers "i have a Ice/Kin and Fire/Rad Controller". I just needed some help with slotting my control powers. I seen some people elec control builds but i know i can't afford all that set stuff i just wanted a build with regular old SOs. Thanks in advance appreciate it.

Great guide exactly what i was looking for i just have a question, right now im only lv6 but i chose burst instead of slug should i restart and use slug instead? I use to love burst on my AR blaster cus it looks/sound cool the dmg was decent and the def debuff seem like it helped. If slug will be better then i will restart, please try to let me know before i continue further. I picked caltrops also instead of the beacon because everyone was telling me it isnt that great and you have to wait until late game to make it kinda useful with SOs
