There aren't any videos linked to the signature story arcs - they're just like normal short arcs, set up as soloable Task Forces - each arc has some nice loading screen art, and each one also ends with a cutscene to set up the next part. -

2) The first contact is THEYODEN (sp?). He's in Skyway City, a few hundred yards south-east of Synapse (He'll have a white and green contact icon in your map). You'll know him when you see him, he's a LOST boss surrounded by PPD SWAT members.
3) The second contact is in Talos Island, a ways South-southeast of the train station. I forget his name at the moment... -
