Hello, im new to this game and i'd just like to ask a few questions. I'm making a NB/SR Stalker. What other powers should i be taking, flight? speed? etc

Also i just got a skill assasin blade, or something along those lines which offers "tremendous damage" but i cannot use it while hidden as it keeps doing a wasp sting skill (cant remember the exact name) first. This skill has a green ring around it, any suggestions?
