What?!
Is it my fault I love my SG? All I did was say hey to everyone and tell people we have spaces for new members.
*dodges shot from Jum and runs up a tree*
To hell with you then.
*throws Shnoob back down the mines.... from the top of the tree...???)

I'm not sure I'm right, but from what I saw earlier in the thread.. mito's weren't cleared? Why?
I know I'm a Hamidon n00b and never actually fought him, but from strategies I've read, clearing the mito's was one of the most important things to do.
What were the benefits in trying to do it without doing this?
(Just out of interest, as I've never heard of this tactic being implemented before)

Sorry to bump this but I know how posts can get lost in big threads and I'm really interested to know, if anyone can tell me? -

I have also noticed the route for runners and its a long and interesting one. Its like they really, really want you to run there. Also the number of swarms that have -fly and -teleport is ridiculous. And the lenght of time it lasts is huge.
[/ QUOTE ]
It's almost as though they expect us to fight our way to Hamidon. In fact, that might be an amusing thing to do. Any takers? I'm not suggesting actually fighting Hamidon at the end though.

Humm, worth a try with an empty insp bar perhaps?
After all, mobs drop ambrosia in the Titan trial, maybe there's a rare anti-hami insp drop?
That's the kind of thing you wouldn't see unless you slaughtered a lot of mobs in the zone...
[/ QUOTE ]
Maybe it's an insp that you can only get one of, has a very rare drop rate, and takes 4% off Hami's health
Hence why 24 people can defeat him. -

Ah.... i miss seeing these in Atlas Park when i first started playing the game... good times... *sniffle*

Too true...
Around the very, very beginning of the game (even before you!) there used to be one practically every time I was in Atlas.
And I only ever won once... -
Level 30 Empath... can you put me as a maybe?

So long as everyone wore Hami costumes, with a good PC there shouldn't have been too many problems.
Personally I had a lot of lag in the past, but when I got a new PC I managed to do the Siren's Call PvP event with barely any lag (full zone, all the powers activating, people in normal costumes)
The special thing about Hami is how difficult he is, the fact he needs dozens and dozens of Heros to take him down. Changing that would ruin him, how special the raids are.
Personal opinion: turn your graphics settings down, tell people off if they aren't in Hami costumes, and if you're PC is at fault - buy a good one -

Hi. i just bought this game. Ive got a few friends that played it a few years ago and now coming back so im gonna start playing with em and i feel like playing a support class. We already got a group so wont be a problem finding people to play with. Any one got a good idea of a nice Support/Heal build for pvp ?

Welcome to the game
For a while I used to have one of every Defender, but the ones I've played the most have been Radiation, Empathy and Storm.
Personally, I'd go with what feels right to you
Empathy is pure team support, so is Force Field; but others can make foes weaker - like Radiation, Dark and Storm. Some are inbetween. Try a few out, get them to level 6 - pick one you like the feel off -
Indeed.

As a non-associated outsider to this community, I whole heartedly agree that the 1AT rules!
The most important reason for joining is of course, the fact that you may get too see me online.
[/ QUOTE ]
Hopefully some of you will still join - in spite of the drawback of having to be around Jum -
I'm the leader of Ministry of Pain, the Brute VG - and as it stands there is no inactivity / max alt rule (though 3 would be sensible at most) - and there will be no inactivity rule until the VG has 60+ members.
Of course, I can't speak for the others -
V Glad to hear you're staying dude
Been lovely teaming with ya the past few times. -
Thing was, I formed the TFs, so I really couldn't quit...

Please for the love of god give me a team... I can't take these PuG TFs anymore

A PuG TF can be wacky fun, but not always successful
[/ QUOTE ]
I agree, they definitely can be fun; all my TFs (towards my shineh TF Commander badge) were PuGs, but in the past 24 hours my PC has 'accidentally crashed' during two of them because they were such hell

Thanks.

Hey guys!
As some of you may know, I moved to Union early this year, and my presence on the official boards reduced from a LOT, to nothing as a result of joining the 1AT. Well, I love it there, but I've decided to come back for a bit!
My level 35 Rad/Rad will be back until I hit 50, with a new, respecced build. So, hello again, and I'd love some teams if they're going
xXx
Shimmer -
Ice/Rad is easily very very powerful for PvP.
Kinetics may have the advantage of 'Woo look i can do slightly more damage!' but with the Rad debuffs you'll be able to hit, not get hit, do more damage, and take less damage. Sorted. -
Thankyou
And it's drawn from that picture; but I don't use filters - ever.
The small version has lighting added to it; while the big version Beet posted does not -
Okay... not a City of Heroes thing, but it's the longest I've spent working on a piece lately...
Harry Houdini -
Thanks guys
And I disappeared off to the 1AT forums! -
Thanks
And nah I just got the domain name a couple of days ago, so I put that up in the meantime while I work on something flashyI was studying Computing, but I'm re-starting Uni doing Interactive Media Design, so I don't have much of a portfolio other than what I submitted for the interview
Here are two others that I did, though I'm not as happy with them as the Devidose one:-
Jummy
