I'm returning to CoH after like 4 years and need help with deciding what to buy from the Paragon Market. I remember hearing that the Going Rogue expansion come with the Duel Pistol powerset that I want to use, and I want to try out making a character starting as a Rogue or a Praetorian. So what do I buy from the P-Market for Going Rogue? the Alignment System? Or the Create A Praetorian? And do either come with the Duel Pistol powerset or is that now completely separate?
