go to a currency exchange or whatever there called for you and get one of them icecards or whatever pay as you go debit cards they offer. its like ten bucks for the card and allows you to replace money whenever ya want more on your card. all u need is a id of some sort. and a pc or phone to activate it when u go home . no need to open a bank account and it will allow you to purchase anything online as long as you have balance
