  1. Im sorta newish at the game so im not sure if this is the best place to post this. I have done a lot of research to try and come up with a suitable build and pick appropiate goals.

    Right now the build is geared towards group play, forgoing using sets to rack up defense and instead using the super speed threat reduction plus staying atleast at ~70 range to ease up aggro and thus incoming damage.

    The sets picked were done thinking of accuracy bonuses and recharge. Why accuracy and recharge? So i could cram in more damage/range/procs into attacks and leave recharge and accuracy solely to global recharge and global accuracy when possible.

    The cornerstone of the build is buckshot with the highest ranged damage per animation of the build and a force feedback +recharge (5% chance of 100% recharge for 5 seconds). With a 2.4s cd on buckshot and a 10 target cap the proc should be going on at a fairly high rate. Flame thrower and full auto help fill out the aoe rotation.

    Buckshot/slug/burst/ignite are used for the single target rotation.

    However I'm not sure if this is the best way to get the most damage out of the build. (I didn't focus on +dmg set bonuses) or even if its a practical build to play with my expectations. Also I'm not completely sure I picked the right sets for the bonuses I was going for or the right goals (maybe skipping on defense is too risky even in team play).

    Some things of note are that with the recharge proc, building for recharge is kinda overkill and doesnt feel so good since theres diminishing returns due to the formula used. Also, 125 range power boosted aoe immob seems kinda hillarious :x Also thought of using bonfire to keep stuff away.

    Can I get some feedback and suggestions on the build?

  3. Looks like I missed the teaming today =/ My computer died and I had to go buy new parts to fix it... finished too late.
  4. I havn't and havnt seen anyone actually have. But two did say they were gonna go red/blue->gray or something before sunday came.
  5. I just barely hit 23, with Fullthrottle being more or less the same. Rest are 20-21 with a few straggelrs a bit under 20.

    Caltrops is autohit I thought =o so woudn't it be better to use a recharge io instead of the acc/dam hami-o? Or do the procs get boosted by +dmg and +acc?
    Also woudnt makos bite proc be better on GC or DA since those are petty spammy powers in the rotation.. AB only gets used once, maybe twice per fight... or can the proc crit?
    Maybe get physical perfection at lv35 and push weave to 49.. that boxing at 35 doing nothing is kinda bugging me but I dont know if its worth it or not

    Though already this is a great help, it lets me put slots into powers with a lot more peace of mind and start planning out how much money I need and what I can start buying first~ Thanks ricohdah =o

    Im nin/nin. The main goal is for stalker teaming, fairly team friendly, no medicine pool, having leadership. Skipping travel power, enough survival, good damage. Another goal is to be able to exemplar, so IOs should be 25-30 minus the proc stuff.

    I currently dont have a budget (because I dont have any money), i plan on farming as much as I can to complete it, but itll take a while. So probably shoudnt be the billions and billions sorta build.


    This is sorta the draft I had made with 3 slots open for an epic pool. Though mainly what i had in mind... its by no means a limitation, change whatever you want.

  8. I don't think we can monitor it, since I was reading about stalkers and in some thread a post said that it hasn't been disproven that pets count towards our crit numbers. In regards to masterminds and pseudo pets (like caltrops). If it hasnt been proven or disproven then I imagine there is no way to accurately tell ones crit.

    Im skipping on travel powers. Right now i have 3 power slots leftover for the epic pool.. still dont know what to pick though.
  9. For those trying to catch up hit me up on the stalkerlicious channel and I'll swap to team with you, even if its just us two. Even few stalkers are hillariously fun. My global is Aki_Chere or something like that... My stalker is Majin Hoshiko. Use /chan_members stalkerlicious to see if im around.

    I'm gonna take all the leadership pool, not 100% sure on vengance but so far I fit it into my noobish build. I tried to look for info and found out that 8 tactics is overkill but 8 assault and maneuvers work decently well. And I'm guessing most of us are defense based, and even those who aren't will get a good amount of avoidance with 8 maneuvers plus the AS tohit debuffs. I'd really like it if the rest would join me in taking maneuvers and assault, (that way we can all probably skimp on defense powers like weave and CJ).

    If we have anyone experienced at crafting builds I really could use some help discussing options for my build. Anywhere is fine.. here or ingame~

    As far as the medicine pool I dont feel we need anyone to take it... Some of us will have self heals, and we can make sure the squishiest dont eat part of the alpha simply by instructing them to wait a second before doing their AS, or just pop 2-3 lucks if they notice they went too fast. As far as reviving, on another thread using Psychic_Kittys advice im gonna get revives from the day jobs.. itll take like a month a half to get the badges necessary though =/ Theres always wakies anyway...
