Not yelling at you, but story-line writers in general..
Enough of the damn alternate and parallel worlds, it's a cop out to a better storyline. It's used incase the viewers/readers/players don't like the new path, the director can simply say.. oh well it was just a dream, things will go back to normal next week. -
Looks like i11 may also involve adding a new island for the villains...
The Isle of St. Marchland -
Ok, we now know the wallpaper refers to:
President G.T. Marchland, the immortal cybernetic leader of Grandville and his army.
Now to see what he does in i11 -
Just a few more facts and alot of speculation:
The check-marks decorating the body of serpent (stated by another poster) do resemble the Nike logo.
If indeed they do represent Nike, (not the shoes, but the Greek Godess).
Then,
Nike's image was used in alot of Greek coins and pottery, when she is shown wearing a helmet (on some coins), the helmet has an engraving of Ketos on it.
When Nike is shown without a helmet (on coins) she is usually circled by 1-4 serpents also representing Ketos.
okok so who the hell is Ketos?
just some giant sea serpent from Greek myth, who did nasty things like the Kraken did in Clash of the Titans. -
ok sorry i didn't post my reference for the wallpaper:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ouroboros
now if u will kindly direct your eyes to #4 Mathematics...
*Poof* now my posting is fact!
(provided you have faith in Wiki's researchers.) -
Oh, as for the Villain epics, sorry i can't remember where I read the interview to quote it but, NC had some lame excuse for villys not getting an Epic AT anytime soon, due to the cost, and not enough lvl 50's to warrant the R&D to make them.

OK, aside from people arguing and speculating what this stupid wallpaper means, we need to be collecting facts.
the only facts I have to share are:
The serpent biting its tail is commonly named Orobos, Oroboros, Ouroboros or a bunch of other spellings.
The sideways '8' means Infinity.
When the two are combined, it has only 1 meaning... "Cybernetics"
And those are the facts.
As for speculation? Well the color chosen for the wallpaper is a brownish color similar to Clockworks, and the diamonds at the joints might be fancy rivets. So something biomechanical or cybernetic is coming, whether its a new enemy, or GM I dunno.
