I had the same problem feeee. I found that if I zoned with the shift button down, then let up before I finished zoning, it didn't realize I had let up and reversed the binds (if that makes sense). I fixed it by reloading teleport_off.txt and making sure I either didn't telezone (zone while porting) or if I do, I hold the shift key down the whole time I'm zoning.
