SG Description: Capital Punishment was founded by 5 RL friends. We are now opening our doors to new members of all levels, origins and archtypes. New players and veteran players are both welcomed. Our primary goal at this time is to get our base up and running. We will explore other areas of CoH as our membership increases (such as PvP missions, raids, etc.).
