See, my thing is I never really learned the full game, I would just make characters and run around fighting the typical thugs. Gets boring. I want to get committed and have a high level involved character.

Can I add Titan Weapons or Street Justice to my character even if I already have a primary/secondary power sets as a Brute/Tank/Scrapper, or am I stuck with what I elected at character creation???

I used to be a paying player but it got to be too much, now that they have the feee version I am back. My old character is a Level 7 Technology Energy Blaster. With only the free version what should I do to get him as badass as possible!!!
