As I just came back from an extended hiatus, and realised that basically everything changed (including doms not doing more damage), I was looking into the Earth control set for a new alt and couldn't bend my brain around Power Boost.
It says it only affects "secondary effects" (similar to the nrg one), so is the hold/immo/sleep the secondary effect for earth control? Most seem to have a titbit of damage, which I guess must be than the primary effect?
Also assuming it affects holds/sleeps/etc, does it stack with domination? As in, can I expect a 45sec (300%) hold from volcanic gases, or 1:30 min for Stone prison?
I also couldn't find anything about if it increases magnitude.
