Limitations: Cost of Use in Influence or Infamy

Description: The Power Refinement Station or PRS is built from various collected salvages and allows the user to refine their training in powers causing a refocus of their skills. The cost in influence or infamy is reflected in the stations ability to dispense enhancements to the user and dispose of enhancements no longer needed by the user.

How many times have you wanted to shift slots with out removing powers, or remove that last power and change it for another one, in the past you were stuck until you got a respec. This will make it easier to tweak the character along the way.

When you enter the station you get a screen that is similar to the powers management screen. In this screen you can remove and reassign slots from one power to the next. These slots cannot be assigned to new powers or beyond the limit of slots that power should have at your level. I.e. at level 20 you get stamina and at level 21 you can add two slots to it. So if you refined your sills at level 21 or 22 you could not put slots from another power into stamina unless you moved the slots you just placed at level 21.

Each moved slot costs influence or infamy to move and the system can replace the Enhancements with useful ones at the normal selling price of Enhancements. I.e. Taking slots misplaced in to defenses and putting them into attacks the PRS replaces the enhancements from defense to enhancements slot-able by the attack (damage, accuracy, recharge, endurance cost reduction) players choice on which and how many.

The PRS would also allow single power or pool power changes on equal level. I.e. Took Fly and really want Super Speed or Super Jump. Use the PRS to un-train the one pool for the other. Decide you would rather have the secondary at level X then the primary at that level then un-train one to replace it with the other.

Make it so that its cost prohibitive to do a full respec in a PRS but that simple adjustments can be done with out praying for a free respec or trying to find a good respec trial team.

    With Respect,
    Red.
