Monsters that spawn in taskforces do not give badges. But Giant Monsters that spawn in taskforces do. Babbage for example spawns outside in skyway during the synapse tf is a giant monster and does give the badge. Jurrasik which spawns as a monster in the numina taskforce does not give the badge since they added giant monsters to the game. (though you could petition it for a short while then they said no more).
So to repeat Giant Monster gives you badge but monster posers give no badge even though they may swing a mean chevy.

The thing that bothers me most is the vaults are actually in Galaxy City. Head on over to the headquarters there and check em out. Placard in front of the vaults doors is interesting too.
I forget the name of the guy over in galaxy but Azuria shouldn't take all the blame for bad things happening. Even though she is head of MAGI.
