Globals are up now too btw...

Well, I got finally in, after 15 login attempts! Lucky perhaps?

Yup, same thing. Been like this few hours...
Globals are also down and market lags like hell.

Now I know that respecs etc... in Store are free in Test Server, but what about Veteran Respecs? Can I use em in Test too without worrying loosing em in Live? Just easier to get em first, or can you stack on respecs from store?

And when I buy respec from store, is it usable on any toon? I just go to Galaxy City and talk to that dude? (I just figured this out, you have to have that toon chosen in the character selection window, when buying)
