okay i have vista home premium and am running a PC that could easily run CoH before. Nvdia graphics card. My cursor is sometimes there and sometimes not but my big problem is not the curosr, its my graphics. everything looks really bright and weird, how do i fix this?

I have a question, i just got new satelite internet, DIRECway, how come i cannot acces city of heros now? When i select a server (champion, or others) is says lost connection to DBserver. How do i fix this?
