Well, this is my first ever thread and post, and hopefully not my last

I just came back from a 2 year quits because of school, and i don't have any clue on how to build a stone/ss tank...better yet, anything..
i'm looking all over forums and terms such as "procs, softcap" and such is really confusing to my mind...
I need someone to help me with making a good build for stone/ss.
i'll post up a mids' soon just to see if its good or not :O
BTW i looked all over forums, can't really find what i'd use for a base. so PLEASE help.. much appreciated!
