I have an ener/elec build who just reached 33, around 40 I plan on respec. I have gone through many forums posts and guides but there are very few about this type of build.
I am into Solo and Teaming and am pretty good at controling my KB. I picked electricty to have a few powers to help Sap some extra end of needed.
For Travel Powers I wish to Keep Hover/Flight and also Haste.
I also have Fitness with Swift/Health/End
I am trying to Stay away from being a blapper
I know my build is totaly jacked So I am hoping for any tips and guidance please. Only using sets to fill slots

So any help? Once I hit 50 I plan on adding in some purples and with time I plan on getting Kismet +6% (had two lvl 14's but sold them both)
