Hi all!
I'd like to hear from you if Hover's a better choice than Combat Jumping (which's what I wanted to take) in terms of +DEF bonus.
According to numbers I've read on USA forums, Hover
is better than CJ, though I've always felt it to be not that useful for Scrappers that need to be mobile - which is why I've always picked up Speed or Leaping for my previous Scrappers.
Now, should I sacrifice mobility for Defense's sake or stick with Combat Jumping?
