Only on the hero side, Stalker SR has hide to compensate for the lack of a passive AoE def, thing is they get it from lvl 1 and seems to OVER compensate.

When your on lvl 30 Katana/SR talking to a lvl 48 MA/SR and ask him why he has no evasion?
I ask him if he has ever fought 20 jaegers and he tells me no but he did hold off 3 AVs in the Ouroboros TF.
You also know your scrapper is God-like because you actually played it instead having it power lvled like the noob who didn't know what evasion was the first time i asked him.

You know your scrapper is god-like when you get to a high enough level. Seriously, try fighting +3 mobs on lvl 10 and see how god-like you are

I'm not saying theres anything wrong with hiding, as you mentioned you wouldn't really be stalking without it, otherewise you just have pretty watered down scrapper. It just seems like it's the one AT that attracts the most inexperienced players who don't plan their build with any other powers in mind except for AS.

I actually find that most stalkers (in Sirens) are afraid of heroes unless they are using hide. I took my blaster into sirens once and stood around looking for people to attack. A stalker ran right up to my face not knowing i had perception from leadership, one power thrust and snipe (with aim + BU) later he ran away from me and i chased him for 30mins.
