But are you asking about bona fide bugs or just serious "issues"?
The issue is for some reason ELITE Paragon Protectors keep ending up in the Spawn call table, and they start at 40. Thus, spawn at 40 on the 30-35 TF. -

I'm not so sure Kheldians aren't there. According to the timeline, Kheldians arrived on earth thousands of years BC; Marcus Cole was born in 1896. There should still be a Kheldian presence, but I imagine it's a little different from what we find in "Paragon Prime."

Agreed. For quite a while I was upset that level pacts didn't allow for 3 characters because I have 2 kids and it seemed like the perfect mechanism for teaming with both of them and not having to find a 4th teammate just to SK one of them. But with SSK I can easily SK both of them and not be penalized when they're not online. It's a far better solution for me than SSK, frankly. I don't want to PL them while they're playing Rock Band.

As far as editions and bonus packs go :
They all use the same client.
Many editions have a "goodie pack" associated with it. The edition, if bought from the website, will be 19.99USD and include a months play; it can also create a new account. The "goodie packs" are 9.99USD, does not include any play time, and can only be used to upgrade an account.
One place you might want to try is www.repeat-offenders.net - a Three-server coalition, and we usually have something going on as long as the servers are up

And I seem to recall that once you get a PvP IO to drop, that the receiving character has to wait 10 minutes to get one from ANYONE.

That would need to be an Accurate Teleport set and only useful with three powers since teleport magnitude is only relevant when teleporting enemies: Teleport Foe, Starless Step and Wormhole. i'm pretty sure that an accurate teleport magnitude enhancing IO set would not be as useful or desired as the snipe sets when you consider how many more powersets have snipes.
I'm referring to them releasing a few sets so case specific, they DON"T DROP. Instead, you would have to purchase them (somehow) using an existing form of currency. Snipes could very well possibly be moved to this rare category. -

Actually, what I think would be interesting is a few sets for powers like Followup, or Build up, that are a bit to case specific for standard drops, so instead must specifically be bought (Merits, AE tickets.. maybe a couple vanguard themed ones?). It would be cool, for example, to have a set or two that enhanced teleport magnitude.

There are usually loads of Fir Bolg in the 'finger' of the Misty Woods zone that points out into the lake. If there aren't any there on the first try, circling out and letting the groups respawn usually does the trick.
Their "arrest" merely has to happen in the correct area, they don't care about where the npcs spawned. -
Might there be a distance cap on far back KB can knock you? Possibly related to the KB corpse nerf?
