now getting back to Going Rogue, the way i understand it, you start a char and after 20 lvls,you decide which side to go to, I have not taken a detailed look at all the power sets,but
is there not differences in the power choices for those first few lvls? so if i go to the hero side
or villian side ,do I have to respec? like the VEATS?
No clue if the "universal enhancements" will be in GR if they ever go in at all - seems more of a "End Game" thing than GR. -

EDIT : Hmm, maybe not anymore, but I know in the past on THIS board system I've seen my avatar showing different faces same page. -
Masterblade isn't referring to the sending account getting free time, but rather that the receiving account would be getting free time without ever resubbing.
Anyway, we hope they end up liking it here as well. Don't forget, you can also have them get trial accounts (use that refer-a-friend!) and have them team with you - that's perfectly within the limits and works well with SSK. -
NCSoft looks at it two ways :

An enticement to actually come back/getting a friend to come back, as your money then stretches a little farther. The refer a friend does indeed work the way you were thinking, but I can't recall the invite-back ever working that way, nor have I played other games that use it. -
Right click/save as, then upload them to the site of your choice (photobucket is popular, I use my own webspace), and in UserCP there is a link on the left for setting your avatar.

Various people find the snipes very useful - but pretty much only one can be used per character (if that).
Accurate To-Hit buffs are even more rare than snipes. So if they were going to simply put these in the regular drop tables (which currently weight everything equally) then yes, I can see the cry against it. Which is why I was thinking specific buy only for them. -

What I would like to see is some decent targetted AoE set aside from posi blast that has some +def in it instead of the recharge (or in addition to a 5% recharge like obliteration from PBAoE- which might be the best designed IO set made so far)

The main issue is how would that interact with Ultramode while allowing it to still work as it does now for those not in Ultra mode.
