I get off work approx. 30 mins from now. I plan to be in game in about an hour. If you want, try sending me a tell a @Rajani Isa if you want some company. Since that uses my global name (all names starting with "@" are global handles), while it will give you a message I'm offline or don't exist, the system will keep it for me until I log in.
You can also try joining the Repeat Offenders global channel (more info at www.repeat-offenders.net) by right clicking on a chat window and choosing "join channel" and introduce yourself there. -

Something to note.
Except for KB/KU, where the magnitude affects the distance, magnitude is not enhanceable on most/all mezzes - instead their enhancements increase duration.e -

yeah, so you can have it show :
"E:\Program Files\City of Heroes\CohUpdater.exe" -maxfps 35 -maxinactivefps 5
Caps FPS at 35 when program is in focus, 5 when not in focus.
I use the maxinactive alot - helps with alt-tabbing :P Also good if you run multiple instances of the game. -

Tyger42 just posted a fact - that exploit-based PL'ing did create a bunch of level 50 n00bs.
Personally, I don't like power leveling, but that's from joining teams, finding out that's what they were doing, and being told to sit in the corner and I wasn't having fun. If you do it, and you don't exploit while doing so, good for you. -
And they might have another after i17 (possibly with Going Rogue, as well).

As long as the npcs are dropping level 50 common IO recipes, they can drop purples. -

I was always able to find a team, make one if need be, during that mess. And not just because of RO, but because if there isn't a team and I really want to team, I'll put one together. -

Level 54 Comm Officers from the Rikti Mothership raids. They gave extra XP over normal Rikti and have crappy weapons since they are portal openers. But the Portal Summon is interruptible so any AOE would render them pretty much harmless. I remember an all Rikti Lieut exploit as well, using the same double XP Mothership Rikti too.
Even after the Mothership Raid versions of the Rikti were removed, regular comm officers were used to do the same thing, as to make up for no XP on the portals, comm officers give Lt. XP. -

One thing : If, when creating your account via the upgrade, you use that time card when it asks you to set up billing (if you use a credit card at that point, you are not billed at that point) save that card. If something happens and you need to get back into your account and the password is lost/changed, one thing they ask for to verify you are the owner is a) what type of payment was the first payment (for credit cards, the first card CHARGED), and b) for credit cards, the last four digits. For time cards, the whole code.
Note, this is merely my paranoia speaking

Technically, nothing on that page was wrong. The benefit given by a set bonus is, for the most part, constant regardless of character or IO level. Maybe one or two exceptions in which AT mods adjust them. But the value doesn't depend on character level or IO level. Now, wither or not the bonus is granted does. but that's different.
