Quote:Water Room has way too many nooks and crannies.I don't get people. Yes, the multi-level cave room I can sort of see the hatred for, specifically from those who don't have a habit of watching their step, but the Nazi Fish Farm? What's wrong with that? It's basically three flat storeys with soldiers on them. How is that problematic?
And the huge Arachnos room (rooms, actually, as there are at least two variants), what's wrong with those? Yes, they're big, but beyond that... What? I mean, yes, theoretically you could fall over the edge, but... Who does that? I've been in those rooms dozens of times and I've never fallen off. I do knock enemies over the edge, granted, but they eventually climb back up and you usually meet them on the single pathway down as they come up anyway.
I'm much more bothered by the various wilderness outdoor maps where you have no cover and spawns are spread out.
My personal issue with the big rooms in the bases is I've only gotten them on my mastermind

As originally described to us by a red name (poshsyb of the box, if memory serves me correctly), this feature would show remaining glowies/mobs on collection and kill all maps when it's down to about 10% of them (objects/mobs) left.

Quote:Other than slotting, the procs don't care what level you are at. Nor do 120s (which the Numina and Miracle Uniques are).Since you get to set the recipe level when you buy this way, this is another advantage. When buying a proc or unique invention, I almost always aim for the minimum level it's available at. By this art, the invention stays useful when exemped down.
Globals, however (anything that is not a chance to or a "for 120 seconds"), are just another form of set bonus and do care (-4 or lower than the IO's level and it doesn't work) - these even show up as a set bonus. -

Quote:From what I understand : Five minutes before you have a chance of getting one from a person you've already whacked. Ten minutes, period, since you last got one.Unfortunately there isn't any easy way to do either. The supply is so low that the prices on the market are very high (sometimes >2billion for the +3% defense one). For farming you run into the problem that there is a minimum required time between kills to get a chance at a drop (I think it's five minutes) so while you can try and farm them in PvP it's not a quick process even with multiple cooperating people.

Quote:1 - The Community Reps don't go into here too often.Much appreciate your opinions, I plan to hopefully refer this thread to a moderator or something in hopes of them saying the same thing, I'm truly baffled at the city of heroes Game Master's not recognizing the difference between a slightly modified Crab Spider and a big blue lizard with gold parts and a tail- I'm disappointed.
2 - When you got whacked, they should of sent you an email. Reply to that. I'd never heard of Izual, but sounds like you might not have a chance at getting it back (owwies...) but the costume whacking was overboard. Definitely fight that/bring attention to the fact it was not fair/just/appropriate. That should get it escalated to a higher level GM. Just make sure to reply within the marked area. -
Heraclea - you could also roll 25-29 - that would get you the bits that cap at 30 without all the 30-35 stuff you don't want.

With merits they took away the random rolls at the end of TFs.
Anyway, if you are going to mess around with random rolls, go to here. It's the list of what is in what range. -

Quote:Do note that opetion sometimes carries over from other "Invention"-style windows, like merit vendors, etc. Also, if you have "Hide recipes missing ingredients" checked, it will hide many, if not all recipes based on what salvage you're carrying, and if you have no Inf or a full Enhancement tray, it will hide all recipes, no matter what salvage you're carrying.
These options are in the bottom right corner of your recipe window. -
Silly customer and work :P
Grats, Weasel. -
Thing is, to give us the free server transfers, they had to remove the ability to purchase them.
Don't know if they have the coding done for it. -
Quote:Note, if you have an older version of Mids, save the datafiles if you want, but otherwise, get rid of it. It changed hands due to Mids getting caught up with that thing called "Real Life" and so the updates are now hosted elsewhere.http://www.paragonwiki.com - search for 'patch notes', 'timeline', and 'issues' for a quickie overview of big events.

Even chain mail bikinis?
Yup, only two things level really matters on now (well, 3).Quote:Levels matter even less than before now with the new Sidekick system. You can now team with literally anyone of any level across the entire game.
Task/Strike forces (all have a minimum level).
Cimerora access (must be flagged via arc AND be 35+, but most people go here for the Task force)
Hamidon is 45-50 only.
If you are every looking for company, you can always give the Repeat Offenders a shot, we're on Justice, Virtue, and Freedom. -
Quote:At the rate I roll them, I think you would weepIf you want to get something to resell and don't want to risk getting a bunch of crap recipes from random rolls, a low level Luck of the Gambler is always worth the merits.
But remember, no matter how much inf you get, it is useless if what you are needing simply is not available (I'm looking at you, Unbounded Leap and Celerity Stealth recipes).

One of the tier 1 and one tier 2, I think. Maybe two and one, when you exemplar down to level one.

That smoother than some of the politicians I've heard lately. You could give classes on mis-representing the situation.

Also, you can buy one of the editions through steam now.

On the jackets, the first jacket (the second one in the pictures) has the buttons be color number two.
On the second jacket (the first on the pictures, with the black center panel) the buttons are always silver. But, as you can see, you can color the center panel... -
search for the tag "TweakCoH" - neat little fan-made program.
