The rezing with only 1 HP and 1 End might be a bug, or it might be a way to slow down the action. I.E. if you get send to the hosp you need to rest before coming back out to fight.
I know if it hits live with rezing to 1 Hp and 1 End i will just stand by the hosp area as an EMP and heal to grind the healing badges. If a tank get sent to the hosp i can get something like 2000 HP healed in one shot.

just to catch you all up, my lvl 20 brute got the new glad for being lvl 20. My main hero just got the new acolate TF commander, giving me an extra 5%HP. Four new Expoltation badges in RV. Their have been reports of contamanated in RV, so Isolator my be getable for older heros. Well thats what i can think of so far... add to the list.
