Quantum_X

Does anyone know of a Build Simulator program out there? I have used this one called Hero Designer: http://www.rjcyberware.com/CoH/DesignerHero/home.phtml
It is nice but I was wondering if anyone knew of one that would calculate your %'s based upon how you slotted your powers. It would be nice to be able to play with different builds before you spent the time and slots and got locked down in game.
