Phil Collins had a hard life growing up, constantly battling diseases that his immunity system was not capable of handleing only to have his little twin brother Timmothy Collins, Ninja's Strike, helping him cope with the trama. After being in his teens he finally grew an immunity to any disease from the past, present, or future; on top of it all he could replace and repair damaged skin and repair broken bones within seconds. Phil had a thirst for fighting, after being recruited for WWI he wanted more of this, so he signed up for any war that he can imagine, WWII, Viatnam, Korean, Iraqian, etc. After his general had imprissoned him for "Uneccessary Brutality" to an Iraqian family he was visited by a strange man in a coat. The man offered him a chance to "improve" his body and pay off his bail. Agreeing to this Phil took the chance, not knowing what was in store for him, and took the first boat in the dirrection of Rouge Islands. After going there he met a very lovely woman, Ghost Widow, who "persuaded" him to join a organization for super soilders named "Project Fury". Here Phil was strapped to a table with famous representatives like Lord Recluse, Dr. Aeon, Dr. Quadraxium, and more famous guests. A strange man in a white coat appeared before Phil and branded his arm with "Weapon V" before any of the tests began. Phil was injected with needles into his bone marrow, including his spinal cord, and was drained some strainge liquid into it. This strange metal was a mixture of both titanium, adamantium, and impervion, but due to a short dossage they became non-metalic and brittle to his bones, at first. When the tests were over Phil laid seemingly dead and cold with all of the esteemed guests hovering over him. Phil's regeneration abilities saved his life and brought him to his senses that they only wanted a weapon out of him, and fled. Killing the doctor who made him a monster and Dr. Quadraxium he broke out, and dropped into an ocean. Several months later a strange man in a big armored exoskeleton, Black Scorpion, found him floating at sea and took him in. He trained Phil in the arts of stealth and merceless slaughter and when the training was over Phil became a bounty hunter for the heads of lesser, but equally important, heroes. Black Scorpion told Phil he was ment for greater things and put him into a prision which started a flame to his story. He vows to this day to find Lord Recluse and kill him for all of the pain which was thrown upon to him and making him a monster full of vengence and anger.
