went to the dr last night...it seems I had an allergic reaction to my last epidural shot giving me virus-like symptoms...because my immune system was decreased, I've caught a stomach virus AND a sinus virus at the same time. odds like that i shoulda played the lottery...

chicken noodle soup and some crackers and diet ginger ale for me..then I'll crash out on my MCTDFBBC to watch the men's hockey game for the gold medal: USA vs Canada. Go USA...
zzzz.......hmm huh wha? oh yeah soups time..
