  1. Yet another fun idea... Hope I can make it w/ one of mine. (now I have to choose between the knockback fun or the tanking fun. :/ )
  2. Super Jayne, SS/Inv Tank approves! I will make every effort to join in the fun.

    Need a villain side equivalent.

    Connecting Issue

I haven't either, for the same reason: It hasn't reoccurred.

    Connecting Issue

Haven't seen the issue since last reported.

I'm using a local wireless provider.

@TruGentleman, Hmmm.... that could do it... I'll try it if it crops up again.

    Connecting Issue

Yup, seeing the same thing tonight. Startup and "Connecting... #(n)" where n is a number >=1.

I've let it sit and count up to 15 before backgrounding the window and doing other things, coming back to it about an hour later to finally find the button says "Next".

Yet, I move to the older PC and the startup is fine. No delay.

Usually starts up fine on this machine.

    System:

    Macbook
    CPU: 2.26 Ghz
    Mem: 2 GB
  6. Been seeing the stuttering and rubber-banding a bit but its inconsistent. Some days are better than others... I expect some while traveling near the usual gathering spots (under Atlas, the market in Cap, AP, or Talos, Pocket D) but I've seen it just standing in a quiet street in the hinter land of a zone.

Like I said, its inconsistent, so I can't pin-point an exact cause. Some times I play for awhile with no hitch, then sudden stuttering. Some days nothing, others I can't do anything.

I play on both a Mac and PC and its about the same, some good days/hours others bad.

Wish I could point at something specific and say "that seems to be the culprit" but I have nothing. Other than to say: I see it too.
  7. So, any chance we get to know what was borked/fixed?

    I Llama You!!

So, that's where that came from...
  9. Black Jack wasn't sure his new AA Sponsor would be much of a help.

    Unfortunately that is false.

I am currently maintaining an iBook (700 MHz G3) that can run Tiger just fine but, alas, cannot run Leopard. Leopard requires G4 or higher.
Which is also incorrect. Not all G4s can run Leopard. I have a G4 Titanium that will not run Leopard.

According to Apple's requirements it must be a G4 867 or faster.

This of course has nothing to do with CoH for Mac since this is an old PPC Mac that cannot run CoH in any form.

True, but life can't all be about CoH. (I know, it should be.)
  11. I'm up for it if the time is right.
