This doesn't have anything to do with Stalkers/Hide/AS. It happens when the server lag increases, both red side and blue side. What you're seeing is the bomb animation being replaced by a new one --> Red to Yellow to Green. Usually it happens so fast you don't notice it, but when zone lag increases, it suddenly becomes visible to the eye.
This happened to me a lot blue side last night on Justice, and not a stalker in sight.

That's funny, because every time I've ever AS'd a bomb it's flown up into the air and fallen back down, and it's never happened otherwise. Hmm.
