I'm having the same issue too. I did use the "?" button, and it is not at all helpful. I'm a newbie, but I thought, what the heck? Join an arena event - see what happens. That's how you learn, right?
I joined a solo event that was scheduled for 7, was at the arena in pocket d at 7, looking for a way to get in or start my event and couldn't find it. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but when I went back to the terminal, it had the same solo event only now scheduled for 8. So I think I missed my solo event because I didn't know how to get to it. What'd I do wrong?
I have been searching the message boards too, trying to find some hints or tips, but I can't find any to answer my specific problem.
