How would i make the very loud .ogg sound file? Can you do that with audacity?

Once you open a suitable sound file in Audacity, you can adjust its "gain." (And "output volume" might help too.) You will likely have to do some trial-and-error experimentation to get what you need.
By the way, you can open any .wav in Audacity, edit it and save it as a .ogg file. You can even record new sounds with Audacity, if you have a mic hooked up to your computer. It's a very useful little program. And it's free!
  2. Just an idea (untested): You could make very loud *.ogg files of the sounds you want, then use the technique described at the beginning of this thread to replace just those two sounds with extra-loud versions.
You might have to use alternate sounds for the "glowie" and level-up sounds. I don't know how you could record the sounds in-game to make .ogg files of them. And doing so might violate the EULA/ToS anyway (so don't do it).
  3. Here's one I found that may help others:

Description: PVP warning siren with the countdown in Bloody Bay, Warburg etc.
    Folder name: Arena
    File name: BeepWarning.ogg
