I second this post would like a detailed ice/ice dominator guide with all the slot enhancements anyone out there with this build pls post your info, would greatly appreciate it just started an ice/ice dominator myself

I didn't see any slots for heat loss did you not add to this one or is it the one you think you may have added an additional slot to snow storm. And i was just curious as to why you put 2 additional slots into hover if you have fly im kinda new to CoV. so far i like the build except the whole ice shield cause i do not want to play some groups buff bot.
