Heya, new to City of Heroes in general, and was wondering something. Does anyone know about the length that the secondary effects from the swap ammo power last?

Mostly wondering if I could keep the effects on multiple ammo types(say the cold slow/attack speed and the toxic -damage effect) by swapping quickly.
