firstly, I KNOW you are not the person to ask about this. however your post made me remember and I always forget when I am out of game and I'm not sure if it's handled by in game staff.
whenever I try to purchase something, anything, from the character screen; the interface tells me it timed out connecting to the server or that my password isn't valid (it is, my account renews regularly and I can log into my account info)
I simply have no idea who to contact to look into this, can you point me in the right direction?
