Anyways.... I was originally trying to find a way for him to use the light blue background for the Resistance enhancements. If you look through the game files, that light blue was, if I'm not mistaken, the original color chose to be the Resistance color. It could be possible that somebody made a mistake or something and it ended up being tied to the Defense enhancement color instead.

It worked for me Neo! That's what all my DOs on that toon look like now that the pack is installed. I can see where this has many uses already.
