I've reinstalled the CoX games last night only to find out on my new comp, that windows 7 is not allowing the game to load correctly. Does anyone know of a patch from the game or windows themself to help out?

The game loads fine, once sign in screen appears screen starts to flicker very fast. I have messed with screen res and refresh rates, no changes and can only assume that it is windows 7. Any kind of help would be appreciated. thank you.
