Done this TF four times now all completed. For Romy I taunted the Nictus Essences away as best i could (they always stay within a certain range of Romulus, go over it and they head back). The rest of the team wailed on Romulas. When he died and a Nictus Essence sacraficed itself and he rezed, I kept taunting the heal Nictus Essence (and the other if I could) while the team took Romulas out again. Repeat until only Romulas remained and then he was not really a problem. On two runs a Nictus Essence was killed instead of Romulas in the order and it still worked fine.
