In honour of the Pink for October event I am proud to announce the first ever all Pink costume competition. This will take place in Pocket D on Friday 13th October from 20:00.

The prizes will be as follows.

1st Place - 1 million inf
2nd Place - 725k
3rd Place - 275k

I hope that as many people as possible can turn up for this and show their support for Breast Cancer awareness month.

Why more heroes are going Pink for October

Ok so I was thinking of running the first ever Pink for October Costume competition at Atlas Hall on Friday evening at 8pm. How does this sit with you guys?

Hey all Pinkness in the interests of raising Breast Cancer awareness counts. This is superb that we have such support. All we need to do now is Harvest this and spread the word to those people who may not necessarily read these forums.

May I suggest that the pink events begin this week, in the form of an all pink costume competition. I believe a 1AT member has offered to stump up some prize money for this. If we can agree on a day / time we can announce it a couple of days in advance within these forums and get as much attention as possible.

According to the American Cancer Society, roughly 1,720 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year. While this number pales in comparison to the number of female cases, it proves a point. Breast cancer affects everyone. October marks Breast Cancer Awareness month, a time when everyone can come together and do their part to raise awareness and funds.
