I have a lvl 50 IO'd NRG/SD and I enjoy it a lot! As mentioned above, Whirling Hands is good to get. I actually have both Total Focus and Energy Transfer so I can't say if it's good to get just one because I like having both and I have the room for it. I can't really think of any tips because it's really up to you how you want the build focused. Unless you'd like me to say all the powers I picked. >_> I went for the softcap, high recharge and recovery. Of course I also picked up Tough (and Weave) so I have decent S/L res. But other than that, have fun with it.

I have 4GB RAM and I've checked my FPS but not the netgraph. My FPS hovers around the 60s-70s when just traveling around and goes to the 40s during combat/lots of effects.

The crashes seem very random since they happen at empty areas, crowded areas, big zones, small zones and loading screens. I looked at changing the page file, but it was already at its capacity so I left it alone. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Edit: Found the problem! The RAM sticks themselves were bad so I got new ones now. I'm good to go.

I did a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and I was able to install and load City of Heroes just fine, but once I selected a character and entered it would freeze shortly after (within 1 to 2 minutes of entering the zone). The screen will just freeze at the current frame and/or it'll black out and say City of Heroes has stopped working. I have the latest driver for my 8800 GTX, and I've tried to run it in admin mode but the same thing continues to happen. =/

Any ideas/suggestions?
