I just got my first lvl 50, and therefore, my first Kheld (Warshade).
I've read over many of the recent guides, including Alien's comprehensive and VERY informative human-form guide (thx, btw).
Here's the thing. I'm gonna be playing a human-form Warshade. I'm gonna level him 1-50 without the forms. I know everyone says I shouldn't because I haven't played a tri-form first, but I'm stubborn.
Sure, I'll probably have a tri-form build, but I don't plan on playing it often. I guess I don't want to have to wait for lvl 50, when the bulk of the game is over, to play the actual character that I want to play.
I know it'll be challenging (I'm lvl 17 now, and it IS challenging, mainly because I go through endurance like it were colons in a Rikti speech class), but accepting that I am going to do it, despite the warnings...
Got any tips?
I team when I can, solo when I must, and can't afford purples. I play on a mac, so I can't post my current build, but I'm going mostly off of Alien's guide.
Thanks in advance. -
Heya,
So, I'm about lvl 24 on my mind/psi dom and liking it alot, but I feel my power choice and slotting is so random. Be assured, I'm respec'ing asap, but despite my best search and research attempts, I haven't been able to find any recent builds that don't use about 9 billion in purples and the like.
I'm still pretty new to the game (2+ mos) and I don't want to keep bumbling about with my powers/slots, so if anyone has any mind/psi builds of which you are particularly proud, could you post them here?
Of course, any free advice is welcome as well.
As for what I'm looking for... I don't really know. No-superspeed is about it (I actually have teleport atm, but I'm willing to change). Perma-dom would be nice, but not essential (right?).
Thanks so much for your help. -

I've only been playing for a little while now (haven't even gotten my 3 month vet prize-thingy yet), but I've never not had no problem ever getting a TF, duo, bank missions or anything (that's a triple negative, for those keeping score), even when I knew no one.
I posted here, introducing myself, and was literally bombarded by help and team invites for the next week (not to mention, these strange requests to take off my pants).
If a new player's opinion is worth anything, it is exactly the "tomfoolery" that keeps me around. I like the fact that every time I'm in a completely random PUG, there's at least one (normally more) people that I've teamed with before. You don't get that on larger servers--everyone is a stranger, and no one feels guilty going afk for like 10 minutes while fighting Rom during an ITF while I rack up like 100k+ in debt. That is very rare here, and IF it should happen once in a while, I remember.
So...yeah. Good on ya, Triumph.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank all of the peeps who ran Synapse wit me tonight. You were all awesome and I had a great time. Hope to team again in the future.

Hello Triumph!
So, my two-week free trial expired about a month ago, and I've decided to make the leap and buy the game. While I've been playing on my own dime for a few weeks now (just crested lvl 33), I thought I just should finally post, say hi, and just generally let everyone know that I'm out there. Triumph seems like a pretty close-knit server, so I hope to get to know a lot of y'all in the hours I'll be playing here in the future.
I play mostly weeknights and am almost always looking to team up. I'm still learning some of the abbreviations (ITF, for example--no idea what that means), but I think I've graduated out of being a complete noob.
Anyway, Holla back to @Brain Marinade
