Got the Sting: AD, now just need the AIR and DIR

Let me be more clear. I will pay the following for SPEEDY replies:

Freedom/Heroside

200 MILLION: Sting of the Manticore, Dmg/Int/Rech, level 30-37
200 MILLION: Sting of the Manticore, Acc/Int/Rng, level 30-37
120 MILLION: Sting of the Manticore, Acc/Dmg, level 30-37

Global in game is @Xipetotec

I may need to buy the use of some Merits, what's the current going rate per merit if I say wanted to buy 220?

I need Sting of the Manticore, 3 IOs:

Dmg/Int/Rech
Acc/Int/Rng
Acc/Dmg

Need all under level 40 for my blaster, sooner rather than later. (Ideally as close to 37 as possible)

Maybe someone could buy for me with merits?
