Ok I'm sure i overlooked it but I want F11 to say something and do /e flex3. How do I get this to work?

I'm sure i overlooked it but I didn't see anything about binds with /emote commands in them.

I'm sure there is a post for it and I'm just overlooking it, but I would like to know how to bind something. I want my F11 key to say a phase and do /em flex3. How would I go about getting this to work?
