I was thinking Tracey, Daphne, and Peter with Peter coming back. They might have Ali come back as the 3rd sister Barbara too, which is still a permanent death LOL.

That's an understatement. When I tried to dl the hotfix (using Firefox), it said it "didn't apply to my system." I went through the process a couple of times to be sure. Then I installed XP and my worries were over. I still say reverting to XP is the most complete fix for this problem. I sure don't miss Vista.

I had these same problems with my 8800GT, but once I applied the beta sp2 to vista, COH has not crashed since, and I am talking at least over 100 hours straight and no crash yet. I would suggest tryng the beta service pack 2 before you do a wipe and go back to xp. Can't lose anything to try that first.
