It shall be heal decay, and no movement decrease. Yes I can make it for earlier than that. And since it's the passing day November 29th/2009 should be okay. I will make it far back possible for the Easter Coasters able to join in on the fun Let's say 3-4 Eastern time, West coast peoples should be awake by Noon hopefully. IT would have to be earlier in the evening. Potentially at 6-7PM CST. Giving those earlier peoples a chance to join, and the later coasts to finish their business by their local time zone. And yes I will disable tier 2s, and tier 3s. Making this a good team match ups

On Nov. 22nd, I shall be hosting a team duelling tournament. I need more information to who may be concerned with a tournament, since Triumph has not had one in a while. Will need some feedback, and make up teams before the 22nd. This may take upto 3-6 hrs, if we have every team face off, then take it down to 5 teams after point scale system. 5 teams face off, then 3 teams, then Championship round for 75% of earnings. Will need to refine details, and such if I spark enough interest with the local TRiumph community


There shall be 8-12 teams, @ two a piece, 16-24 potential for PVPers.
Map: Random until last 4 teams. Coin toss for Winner chooses region
Stakes: 50mil buy in per person. that's 800mil to 1.2billion potential for top 2 teams.
1st- 75% 2nd- 25% of potential earnings. Will need to configure the famy cost to infamy cost, per coH/CoV character.
Stakes will be held by my character, and noone else.
Rules: 1 Hero, 1 Villain per team.
May use Arena bought items from vendor.
Anyone caught cheating will forfeit their buy-in, and team DQed. Cheating as in using tier 2's, and 3's.
Only tier 1 inspirations.
