I know this is a late post but I just came back and noticed this.

Me and my wife and 2 kids all use dial up on 4 different lines.(nothing else available in our area)

I think I've got enough info to start slotting some of the IOs and IO sets
on my toons.

One more quick question .
Is there a program that will let you test a build and see what % s you get
by slotting different amounts of IOs in a certain power?

Hi guys, I just returned after I guess about 3 years or so.

A lot has changed.

I figured out the majority of it by searching the net but had a couple left over so here goes.

How many basic IOs is best to slot on a power of the same type?
Before with Sos three was the best before you lost effectiveness.
Still true?


When you slot an IO set on a power and it gives a bonus such as 5% to recharge on all your powers is that active all the time or only when I use said attack or toggle?

I really am greatful for any help with these guys so thanks in advance.
